STUDIO 100 FILM PARTNERS WITH POP FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT & TELEGAEL FOR NEW ANIMATED MOVIE “BEING BETTY FLOOD”

Germany’s Studio 100 Film, Australia’s POP Family Entertainment, and Ireland’s Telegael jointly announce their partnership for the whimsical and wacky animated comedy film Being Betty Flood. The announcement was made today by Thorsten Wegener, Director of Business Operations at Studio 100 Film, POP Family Entertainment’s Executive Producers Carmel Travers and Gerry Travers, and Cathy Ní Fhlaithearta, Head of Production at Telegael.

STUDIO 100 MEDIA’S ‘MIA AND ME’ MOVIE SET TO HIT BIG SCREENS

Studio 100 Media’s highly anticipated animation feature “The Hero of Centopia” has now finished production and is ready for delivery just in time for this year’s Marché du Film. The movie, based on the internationally popular and highly successful brand and CGI/live-action TV series “Mia and me” will have its first theatrical release in Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland on 26th May, followed by France, Spain, and French-speaking Switzerland on 20th July, Hungary on 11th August and Bulgaria on 23rd September 2022.

Studio 100 Media, one of the leading independent studios for kids & family entertainment and ZDF Studios (ZDFS), the commercial arm of one of Europe’s largest broadcasters, have joined forces to offer kids & family programs on Amazon Prime Channels under the channel brand Pash. This action-comedy CGI-animated TV series (20 x 5’) is produced by independent Australian producer Cheeky Little for the Australian Broadcasting Company (ABC) and France TV. SONDERPREIS SUSTAINABILITY IN LICENSING FÜR STUDIO 100 MEDIA UND DIE BIENE MAJA

Am 27. Oktober 2021 wurden in diesem Jahr wieder die renommierten Licensing International Germany Awards vergeben. Nicht im feierlichen Rahmen einer Gala wie in den Jahren zuvor, sondern wie bereits 2020 durch ein mit Spannung erwartetes Video von Peter Hollo als Vertreter von Licensing International Germany. STUDIO 100 UNVEILS PRE-AFM SALES FOR UPCOMING MOVIE “QUIXOTES”

At this year’s AFM Online, Studio 100 Film will be presenting “Quixotes – The heirs of La Mancha”, which is currently in production.  Available at the end of 2022, the movie is an Argentinian-German co-production between Studio 100 Media GmbH, GF Films (Argentina) and M.A.R.K.13 – COM (Germany). “Quixotes” is an adventure-comedy film that revisits one of the most popular books of all time: The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha, by Miguel de Cervantes. Carlos Kotkin, best known for “Rio 2”, is the screenwriter behind Studio 100 Film’s latest project.

A BEE COLLABORATION: STUDIO 100 MEDIA’S MAYA THE BEE SCORES KIDS COLLECTION WITH HUMMEL

Studio 100 Media has signed a fashion collaboration with well-known Danish sports brand hummel for “Maya the Bee” for the German-speaking territories, Nordics and France. For the first time ever, two “bees” are teaming up in licensing to enter a unique fashion collaboration for babies and kids. The first apparel collection will hit the stores under the hummel KIDS label in May 2022 with three more exciting collections planned over the following 18 months. The fashion collections will include articles of clothing such as sweaters, sweatpants, t-shirts, bodysuits, and footwear with exclusive “Maya the Bee” designs created uniquely for this collaboration.

AMAZON’S IMDB TV INKS U.S. DEAL FOR STUDIO 100’S “100% WOLF” SERIES

Amazon’s IMDb TV service has acquired the AVOD rights for the CGI-animated series “100% Wolf – Legend of the Moonstone” for the United States. Set to launch exclusively on this platform on August 12th, 2021, the series (26 x 22 minutes) is produced by Flying Bark Productions in association with ABC Australia, SUPER RTL Germany as commissioning broadcasters, and Studio 56. The deal was negotiated on behalf of Studio 100 Media by independent film production studio and all-rights distributor Viva Pictures, who also distributes the CGI-movie “100% Wolf” in the US.

MAYA THE BEE PARTNERS WITH INNOVATIVE FRENCH FOODTECH COMPANY BEE’S DREAM

Studio 100 Media has entered into a licensing agreement with French foodtech start-up Bee’s dream for “Maya the Bee”. The contract was negotiated and concluded by French licensing agency M.J.A. Licensing, which is representing several of Studio 100’s brands in France. Bee’s dream has invented a unique concept of bringing honey directly from the beehive to the table. This premium honey is produced directly, stored and packaged by the bees in easy-to-press individual portions that are recyclable and biodegradable.

SESAME WORKSHOP NAMES STUDIO 100 MEDIA ITS LICENSING AGENT FOR GSA

Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit media and educational organization behind Sesame Street, has named Studio 100 Media as its licensing agent in Germany and German-speaking territories. Following their appointment, Studio 100 Media will manage consumer products for Sesame Workshop’s flagship German brand Sesamstrasse. As Sesamstrasse celebrates the broadcast of its 50th season in 2023, Studio 100 will manage special brand activations and retail events.

The movie, based on the internationally popular and highly successful brand and hybrid CGI/live-action TV series ‘Mia and me’, is currently in production and will be available at the end of 2021. “The Hero of Centopia” is a co-production between Studio 100 Media GmbH, Studio B Animation Pty Ltd., and Broadvision Services Private Ltd.
