Synopsis

Robbe and his dog Kosmoo are best buddies, but Kosmoo gets involved in an accident and badly hurt. At Bionicel, the robotics company where Robbe’s mother works, he secretly gives his dog bionic elements thus saving his life. These elements give Kosmoo phenomenal powers. A new hero is born who secretly fights crime in the village of Seaview.
